Excellent service. Highly recommended. Timely support and took ownership at all times. Reliable and service has been provided at affordable price. Everyone whom I spoke to, namely Mr.Mathew, Mr.Robin, John, and Mousifa were very professional and responsive enough. The caretakers, Nayan and Sampath who took utmost care and were very polite in taking care of my father.

I have not been to the Hospital but have used their homecare nursing service.I have worked with a few nursing service agencies in the past have been very luke warm with my experience. Quality is usually only depending on the capability of the staff (and always a hit and miss). There has been no service really from the agency. Usually poor service when something doesn't go okBut this time I am taking the service of Avanta and I have been happy thus far. Luckily the staff on duty are good and working well.The true nature of a business is not revealed in good times but how they respond in bad times. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but it was very well handled with very prompt response and communication by their Home care Manager - Ms. Mousifa. Thank you very much Mousifa and Avanta.

My father who needed 24x7 care for recovering from severe brain stroke ...got necessary help and care all the time. Very professional and well managed healthcare facility. Really excellent staff who knows how to take care of the elderly patients with need of significant attention.
